The terms and conditions that apply when you use the Munch Now meal prep subscription service.
These terms of service govern your use of the Munch Now website at munch-now.com and your subscription to our weekly meal prep delivery service. By subscribing or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Munch Now Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. References to "Munch Now", "we", "our" or "us" in these terms mean Munch Now Ltd.
Munch Now provides a weekly meal prep subscription service. Subscribers choose a plan (5, 7, 10 or 14 meals per week), select their meals from our weekly menu, and receive freshly cooked, chilled meals delivered to their door each week.
Our current plans are:
Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 14 days notice of any price changes before they take effect on your subscription. Continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Subscriptions are billed weekly on a rolling basis. Payment is taken automatically using the card details you provide at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Airwallex.
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Subsequent payments are taken on the same day each week. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment and may pause your subscription until payment is resolved.
Your first week discount (code WELCOME15) provides 15% off the meal cost only and applies to your first weekly billing cycle. The discount does not apply to delivery charges. The discount code is single use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum contract period. All subscriptions are rolling and non-binding.
You have a 24 hour window from the time of subscription to cancel without charge. After this window your first week is confirmed and non-refundable as ingredients and preparation will already be underway. To cancel from the following week onwards, cancel before your next weekly billing date through the customer portal.
You have a 10 day grace period from the date of subscription to cancel and receive a full refund. After 10 days the monthly payment is non-refundable as a significant portion of your meals will already be planned, sourced and in preparation.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to accept returns of any kind. Food must not be returned under any circumstances.
We take food quality seriously. If you have a genuine quality concern — such as food that is undercooked or otherwise unfit for consumption — please contact us at support@munch-now.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We reserve the right to request photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Where a valid complaint is confirmed, we will offer compensation in the form of a discount code or replacement meals at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds for food quality complaints. Subjective preferences such as seasoning or taste are not grounds for compensation.
We currently deliver across the UK. Delivery is available to postcodes within our delivery zone. You can confirm your postcode is covered when you subscribe. We are expanding our delivery area and will update our coverage as new areas are added.
Delivery is charged at £5 per week. Meals are delivered chilled on your scheduled weekly delivery day. Someone should be available to receive the delivery or a safe place should be nominated. Munch Now is not responsible for meals that deteriorate because they were left unrefrigerated after delivery.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, you will not be entitled to a refund or redelivery for that week.
All meals are freshly cooked each week. We take food safety seriously and all meals are prepared in a registered kitchen following proper food hygiene procedures.
Meals should be refrigerated immediately on receipt and consumed within 4 days. Meals can be frozen on receipt for longer storage. Heating instructions are provided on each meal.
We do our best to be transparent about allergen information. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before subscribing to confirm whether our meals are suitable for you. We cannot guarantee that our kitchen is entirely free from allergens.
If you receive a meal that is of unacceptable quality or is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will assess each case and offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
Each plan has a maximum number of unique meal flavours you may select per delivery, shown on the plans page and at meal selection (for example, a 5 meal plan allows up to 2 flavours). You may repeat your chosen flavours to fill the remaining meals in your plan, but you cannot exceed the flavour limit for your plan size.
For your first delivery, meal selections are made using the link sent in your welcome email and are locked once submitted. For subsequent deliveries, you can change your meal selections using the link sent in your reminder email, up to 2 days before your next delivery.
We update our menu regularly. Specific meals may be changed, replaced or temporarily removed. We will always ensure the menu contains the number of options you need for your plan and goal. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific meals at all times.
Promotional codes are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, codes are single use, non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers. Munch Now reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.
