The terms and conditions that apply when you use the Munch Now meal prep subscription service.
These terms of service govern your use of the Munch Now website at munch-now.com and your subscription to our weekly meal prep delivery service. By subscribing or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Munch Now Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. References to "Munch Now", "we", "our" or "us" in these terms mean Munch Now Ltd.
Munch Now provides a weekly meal prep subscription service. Subscribers choose a plan (5, 7 or 10 meals per week), select their meals from our weekly menu, and receive freshly cooked, chilled meals delivered to their door each week.

Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 14 days notice of any price changes before they take effect on your subscription. Continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Subscriptions are billed weekly on a rolling basis. Payment is taken automatically using the card details you provide at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Subsequent payments are taken on the same day each week. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment and may pause your subscription until payment is resolved.
Your first month discount (code WELCOME15) provides 30% off the plan cost only and applies to your first four weekly billing cycles. The discount does not apply to delivery charges. The discount code is single use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum contract period.
To avoid being charged for the following week, you must cancel or pause before your weekly billing date. Cancellations made after your billing date will take effect from the following week. We are unable to refund a weekly charge that has already been processed for an order already being prepared.
When you cancel, your subscription ends at the end of the current paid period. You will continue to receive your final delivery.
We currently deliver across London. Delivery is available to postcodes within our delivery zone. You can confirm your postcode is covered when you subscribe. We are expanding our delivery area and will update our coverage as new areas are added.
Delivery is charged at £5 per week. Meals are delivered chilled on your scheduled weekly delivery day. Someone should be available to receive the delivery or a safe place should be nominated. Munch Now is not responsible for meals that deteriorate because they were left unrefrigerated after delivery.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, you will not be entitled to a refund or redelivery for that week.
All meals are freshly cooked each week. We take food safety seriously and all meals are prepared in a registered kitchen following proper food hygiene procedures.
Meals should be refrigerated immediately on receipt and consumed within 4 days. Meals can be frozen on receipt for longer storage. Heating instructions are provided on each meal.
We do our best to be transparent about allergen information. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before subscribing to confirm whether our meals are suitable for you. We cannot guarantee that our kitchen is entirely free from allergens.
If you receive a meal that is of unacceptable quality or is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will assess each case and offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
We update our menu regularly. Specific meals may be changed, replaced or temporarily removed. We will always ensure the menu contains the number of options you need for your plan and goal. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific meals at all times.
Promotional codes are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, codes are single use, non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers. Munch Now reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.
All content on the Munch Now website, including text, images, logos, branding and design, is owned by or licensed to Munch Now Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Munch Now's liability to you in connection with these terms or our service is limited to the amount you paid for your current weekly subscription. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
